Aptera Co-CEOs, Steve Fambro and Chris Anthony, will be honored with the first-ever Super Crowd Impact Crowdfunder of the Year Award by The Super Crowd, Inc. The award recognizes the significant funds raised by Aptera through their Regulation A crowdfunding offerings, totaling over $60 million. The award will be presented at SuperCrowd23, a virtual conference scheduled for May 10 and 11.

Fambro expressed gratitude for the recognition and highlighted the community’s understanding of the social and environmental impact of Aptera’s affordable solar electric vehicle (sEV). The vehicle can travel over 10,000 miles per year solely using solar power, without requiring grid charging. Anthony emphasized the company’s commitment to their mission of delivering sEVs to the 42,000+ individuals who have reserved one, while securing additional funding through crowdfunding, institutional investments, and government programs.

The Super Crowd, Inc. CEO, Devin Thorpe, emphasized the potential environmental impact of Aptera’s highly efficient vehicles and acknowledged the vital role of crowdfunding in building the company. Aptera recently received a $21 million grant from the California Energy Commission to support sEV production.
