Aptera’s Investment Window is Pausing This Week

Aptera is experiencing significant progress and momentum in their mission to bring solar mobility to a wider audience. Through their Accelerator Program, they have exceeded their crowdfunding expectations, with over 1,100 supporters joining the effort to expedite Aptera’s journey towards production.

However, due to regulatory requirements from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Aptera needs to temporarily pause their crowdfunding activities and file updated documentation. They inform their non-accredited investors that the opportunity to invest in Aptera will soon be closing, with the deadline set for midnight PDT on Sunday, June 11, 2023.

While non-accredited investors will not be able to invest during this temporary pause, Aptera will continue to accept investments from accredited investors through a Reg D offering at invest.aptera.us. This ensures that accredited investors who are interested in being part of the future can still participate during this period.
